Sports Media Charter provides a platform for requesting and managing private charter flights for professional sports organizations. We connect requesters with operators and facilitate quotes and bookings subject to these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
4. Quotes and Bookings
Quotes provided through the platform are subject to availability and operator terms. Bookings are binding when confirmed. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and other booking-specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sports Media Charter shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
